Marked as broken by #173671 but builds and works fine on darwin, with sandbox enabled.
Workaround build failure on -fno-common toolchains like upstream gcc-10. Otherwise build fails as: ld: include/dieharder/parse.h:21: multiple definition of `splitbuf'; include/dieharder/parse.h:21: first defined here
All packages that were failing on x86_64-darwin are marked broken. I'm assuming here that these are also broken on aarch64-darwin.
