the makeInstalledTests function in `nixos/tests/installed-tests/default.nix` isn't available outside of nixpkgs so
it's not a breaking change
The new version of the launcher script in version 105 doesn't have the #8665
bug, but it does try to find the shell library using Debian tools, which
obviously doesn't work on Nix. Removed the now-unneccessary makeWrapper and
patched out the Debian bits.
* treewide: http -> https sources
This updates the source urls of all top-level packages from http to
https where possible.
* buildtorrent: fix url and tab -> spaces
It doesn't run very well with our symlinks in PATH, but I don't know what
patch can make it work still. This is better than nothing; calling it
with its full path makes it work.
