Upstream confirmed that it's an issue in the tests with sqlite update.
Broken sub-tests could be skipped instead, I suppose, if someone cared.

Zhaofeng Li f8fa83ff13 tracker: Unconditionally add checkInputs to nativeBuildInputs 
`gi` is required by the main `meson.build` and checked at the start
of the build process, regardless of whether tests are enabled or not.
As a result, builds are broken when `doCheck = false`.

On master I didn't want to force a rebuild but x86_64 now failed also:

Jonathan Ringer 9bb3fccb5b treewide: pkgs.pkgconfig -> pkgs.pkg-config, move pkgconfig to alias.nix 
continuation of #109595

pkgconfig was aliased in 2018, however, it remained in
all-packages.nix due to its wide usage. This cleans
up the remaining references to pkgs.pkgsconfig and
moves the entry to aliases.nix.

python3Packages.pkgconfig remained unchanged because
it's the canonical name of the upstream package
on pypi.
