chromium requires a custom format for hunspell dictionaries which
they provide as blobs in an upstream repository.
building from source (using convert_dict from the chromium monorepo
and applying it to already packaged dictionaries) would not yield
the same results (chromium packages adjustments to the dictionaries
themselves) and would increase the maintainance cost.
this patch adds a new hunspellDictsChromium attribute which includes
dictionaries from chromium.

the makeInstalledTests function in `nixos/tests/installed-tests/default.nix` isn't available outside of nixpkgs so
it's not a breaking change
I haven't been doing any maintenance for a long time now and not only
do I get notified, it also creates a fake impression that all these
packages had at least one maintainer when in practice they had none.
* Move en_AU alias to above declaration to match others
* Add en_GB-large, en_US-large, en_CA-large and en_AU-large hunspell dictionaries

Modifying mkDictFromWordlist to allow for different src and destination
file names
This adds LANG aliases for each dictionary. This makes things a little
easier and expected. For instance, you get an error message from
hunspell like:
Can't open affix or dictionary files for dictionary named "en_US".
and you can resolve it by running
nix-env -iA nixpkgs.hunspellDicts.en_US
