checkInputs used to be added to nativeBuildInputs. Now we have
nativeCheckInputs to do that instead. Doing this treewide change allows
to keep hashes identical to before the introduction of
nativeCheckInputs.
The `pod_spell` test needed to be patched out, as it isn't relevant to packaging and is missing a dependency to run.
Removing it allows the rest of the tests to be ran for this package.
