Guillaume Girol 33afbf39f6 treewide: switch to nativeCheckInputs 
checkInputs used to be added to nativeBuildInputs. Now we have
nativeCheckInputs to do that instead. Doing this treewide change allows
to keep hashes identical to before the introduction of
nativeCheckInputs.

Martin Weinelt a91ecb2e25 rfc-bibtex: Migrate out of python3Packages 
This is a commandline tool, that does not advertise itself as as
consumable library, so it does not belong into the python package set.

Also fetch from git, so we can enable the tests.
