Workaround build failure on -fno-common toolchains like upstream
gcc-10. Otherwise build fails as:
$ nix build --impure --expr 'with import ./. {}; ocaml-ng.ocamlPackages_4_00_1.ocaml.overrideAttrs (oa: { NIX_CFLAGS_COMPILE = (["-fno-common"] ++ [oa.NIX_CFLAGS_COMPILE or ""]); })'
