Guillaume Girol 33afbf39f6 treewide: switch to nativeCheckInputs
checkInputs used to be added to nativeBuildInputs. Now we have
nativeCheckInputs to do that instead. Doing this treewide change allows
to keep hashes identical to before the introduction of
nativeCheckInputs.

Py-cpuinfo gets CPU info with pure Python and should work without any
extra programs or libraries, beyond what your OS provides. It does not
require any compilation (C/C++, assembly, etc.) to use and works with
Python.
