Richard Klees 731fc6f1e2 Vorstand: Vertretung und Bindung an Beschlüsse entwirrt. 
Der Vorstand ist nicht nur bei Vertretung sondern auch sonst an die Beschlüsse
der anderen Organe des Vereins gebunden. Das ist zwar mMn ebenfalls klar, aber
scheint wichtig zu sein. Deswegen habe ich es sehr wohl nochmal separat erwähnt.

pub.solar legal documents

This repository hosts the pub.solar legal documents. Currently this is limited to the privacy policy and the statutes.

Our statutes are currently only available in German, while the privacy policy is only available in English. If you'd like to help out translating these, please do! Contact us if you have questions or need help.
