  • Create a script that deletes an account in all services
  • Create a script that checks the last known activity of an account in all services
  • Run this script as a cron every night. Mark all accounts for deletion if they've been inactive for 2 years
  • Send out a warning email 1 month, 1 week and 1 day before deletion
