After some feedback from people in other assocations, this seems like a
good compromise to me to assure that we can safely onboard anyone that
aligns with pub.solar (even remote users that we might never see IRL),
without compromising decision making too much.
My fear is that a pure consensus approach will make it very hard to
accept members before we know they know their way around consensus
decisions. Democracy is a learning process, and some people might need
to be "onboarded", or eased into our discussion culture, without the
decision making of the general assembly being in jeopardy.
* Prepare name and address for official founding
* Make purposes more clear
* Delete a bunch of dead text, like member rights
* Rewrite the vorstand section to be less dense
* Incorporate changes from @lechimp in Mitgliederversammlung
* Smaller typo fixes
