Reduce the quorum needed for urgency decisions to two-thirds. 
After some feedback from people in other assocations, this seems like a
good compromise to me to assure that we can safely onboard anyone that
aligns with pub.solar (even remote users that we might never see IRL),
without compromising decision making too much.

My fear is that a pure consensus approach will make it very hard to
accept members before we know they know their way around consensus
decisions. Democracy is a learning process, and some people might need
to be "onboarded", or eased into our discussion culture, without the
decision making of the general assembly being in jeopardy.

pub.solar legal documents

This repository hosts the pub.solar legal documents. Currently this is limited to the privacy policy and the statutes.

Our statutes are currently only available in German, while the privacy policy is only available in English. If you'd like to help out translating these, please do! Contact us if you have questions or need help.
